Kristina Schwendinger

Kristina Schwendinger is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate taxation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Tax at Pentair since June 2012, Kristina has previously held prominent roles including Senior Group Manager of Corporate Tax Planning and International Tax at Target from July 2011 to April 2012, and Senior Tax Manager at ADC Telecommunications, Inc. from April 1998 to July 2011. Early in their career, Kristina worked as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen from December 1993 to April 1998. Kristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) with a focus in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1989 and 1993.
