Miguel Aguilar

Miguel Aguilar is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in production and inventory management, currently serving as a Senior Production Supervisor at Pentair since January 2013. Miguel has held multiple roles within the company, including Production Planner, Inventory Control Coordinator, Production Control Coordinator, and Pump Specialist. Prior to joining Pentair, Miguel worked at Caterpillar Inc. from June 2011 to December 2012 as a Mechanic, where responsibilities included testing machinery for defects, performing repairs, organizing assembly line operations, and training new employees. Miguel holds an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Waubonsee Community College, earned between 2016 and 2017.
