Shen JinFa has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Operation Director for Pentair Water in Wuxi since December 2007, where oversight includes a pump manufacturing plant. Previously held the role of Operation Director in Beijing, managing a tank manufacturing facility with over 100 employees and a diverse customer base across China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Shen started at Pentair Water as an Operation Manager, focusing on the injection molding factory in Suzhou, and has also held various management positions within Pentair and Eaton Electrical, including Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager, contributing to significant operational efficiencies in large-scale manufacturing environments.
