Tanya Hooper

Tanya Hooper currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pentair since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tanya held several prominent positions at Honeywell, Collins Aerospace, and Shell, including Vice President of Global Talent & Corporate HR and Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Collins Aerospace, where leadership was provided to a global HR function in a major aerospace division. With expansive experience in human resources management spanning over two decades, Tanya has developed and executed strategies focused on leadership capability, talent development, and organizational transformation across various sectors, including aerospace, energy, and telecommunications. Tanya earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
