Robyn Gledhill

Robyn Gledhill has extensive experience in quality assurance and operational management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager at Pental Products PTY LTD since January 2017, Robyn leads continuous improvement initiatives and manages ISO 9001:2015 and GMP/HACCP accreditation processes. Prior to this role, Robyn was the Operational Readiness & Manufacturing Manager at SPC Ardmona, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational readiness project for a tomato plant upgrade and implementing cultural changes to enhance efficiency and quality. Robyn also held various positions at SPC Ardmona from 2007 to 2016, including Quality Assurance Systems Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Microbiology Manager. Robyn holds a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from NCDEA, earned between 2008 and 2009.
