Nivekthiren Dasdevan

Nivekthiren Dasdevan is an Operation Engineer at Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd since February 2022, with responsibilities that include production control, process parameter analysis, troubleshooting process abnormalities, and conducting projects for process optimization. Prior to this, Nivekthiren worked as a Process Engineer at Rovski Sdn Bhd from 2019 to 2022, where tasks included monitoring production processes, implementing continuous improvements, and collaborating with the QA Department to address quality issues. Nivekthiren's professional experience also includes an internship at the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute, where analytical skills were developed through the testing of heavy metals and quality control processes. Nivekthiren holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Petroleum Chemistry from Universiti Putra Malaysia, completed in 2018.
