Idit Cahana has been working in Human Resources since 1999. Idit began their career at Comverse Technology, Inc. as a Training Account Manager, then a R&D Training Project Manager, and finally as the Israel Talent Acquisition & OD Manager. In 2016, they moved to Mavenir as the HR Manager, OD and Talent Acquisition. In this role, they managed HR for R&D, Finance and Integration units, consulted and coached senior managers, mentored new managers, and led end-to-end recruitment processes. In 2019, they founded Idit Cahana, providing HR Services and End-to-End Recruitment processes for SMBs companies. Idit also consults and coaches managers to achieve business and individual goals as an HR Business Partner, and supports people looking for their next position or a new career. In 2020, they joined Pente Networks as an HR Manager.

Idit Cahana ✯I'm Hiring✯ attained a BA in International Relations and English Linguistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1982 and 1985. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Media Analysis from the Media Research Institute.
