Vanessa Urrego has extensive experience in account management and administration, currently serving as a 3(16) Account Manager I and 3(16) Administrator at Pentegra Retirement Services since September 2018. Prior roles include Charlotte Account Manager and Senior Account Coordinator at Dish Network from March 2013 to September 2018, and Export Manager at Rein International Group, LLC from September 2011 to March 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a team member at Target from August 2007 to March 2013, where exceptional customer service was provided. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Georgia Gwinnett College and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
