Jake Flynn

Jake Flynn has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jake started their career as a Quality & Process Engineering Co-op at Metrigraphics LLC in 2016, where they analyzed manufacturing data and generated reports for management review. In 2016, they also worked as a PMO Co-op at Medtronic, where they spearheaded the consolidation of change development and new product development processes.

In 2017, Jake joined Cardinal Health as R&D Engineer, Electro-mechanical, where they oversaw pneumatic system development and delegated tasks to the remediation team. Jake also composed requirements, test protocols, reports, and design reviews while ensuring compliance with industry standards. At Cardinal Health, they also worked as a PMO Co-op.

In 2019, Jake joined VMware as a Solutions Engineer in the Carbon Black Security Business Unit, where they supported the R&D team and utilized radio-frequency welding techniques and tensile testing.

Currently, Jake is working at Pentera as a Sales Engineer, and they were recently promoted to the role of Sales Engineer Manager/Team Lead in 2022.

Jake Flynn attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering. In 2019, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the ASQ-World Headquarters.
