Stephen Holder

Stephen Holder is an experienced Petroleum Landman, currently working at Penterra Services, LLC since January 2023 and at Dudley Land Company since November 2022. Previous roles include positions at Messiah Land Company Inc. and Texhoma Land Consultants, among others, spanning over two decades in title, curative, and leasing activities, including independent consulting. Stephen began a career at Schowald Land Inc., where significant curative work was conducted, and also gained experience in corporate sales at Dell Inc. from 2003 to 2005. Education was pursued at the University of Oklahoma from 1978 to 1980.
