Ben Mylchreest serves as the Head of Transformation at Pentland Brands since September 2019, focusing on developing transformation capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency through strategic initiatives that have generated significant financial growth. Previous roles at Pentland Brands include Head of Finance: Strategy & Governance and Senior Finance Manager, where Ben managed substantial budgets and collaborated with the Executive team on key strategic initiatives. Before joining Pentland Brands, Ben held various finance positions at Selfridges, contributing to over £1 billion in revenue, and completed a Finance Graduate program at Mitchells & Butlers. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham and has a strong foundation in financial governance and management from earlier roles in customer service and events.
