Joe Spies

Joe Spies currently serves as the President of the Americas at Pentland Brands, a position held since November 2023, after a distinguished 17-year tenure at Converse where roles included Vice President of North America Wholesale and GM of Canada. Joe's career at Converse began in various sales and merchandising roles, progressing from Director of Sales to Global Business Director of Footwear, highlighting a strong background in commercial strategy and leadership. Prior to Converse, Joe gained experience as an Account Manager at Addison and completed an MBA at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, following a BA in Film from Vassar College.
