Jessica Kantola Green

Jessica Kantola Green has extensive experience in the travel industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently employed at Pentravel as a Ticketing/Refund/BSP Agent since June 2002, Jessica is responsible for the set-up, development, and management of the Centralised Ticketing, ADM & Refunds Department in South Africa, following a previous role as the manager of the Musgrave Sales Office. Prior to Pentravel, Jessica worked as an Intermediate Travel Consultant at Great Escape Travel from August 1999 to June 2002, focusing on leisure and corporate client bookings, and began their career as a Junior Travel Consultant at Travel Eve from February 1998 to August 1999, handling domestic and regional bookings. Jessica holds a Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Durban University of Technology, completed in 1996.
