Egon Wülfert

Egon Wülfert has extensive experience in the medical and clinical affairs industry. Egon is currently working as the Senior Director of Clinical Research and Medical Science EMEA at Penumbra, Inc. Prior to that, they held roles such as Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at Cochlear, Vice President of Global Clinical and Medical Affairs at Balt, and Head of Technology Advancement at Volcano Corporation. Egon has also worked at Abbott Vascular, Medtronic Spine & Biologics, Boston Scientific Corporation, Cordis (a Johnson & Johnson company), and Navigant Biotechnologies in various leadership positions.

Egon Wülfert obtained a BPharm. degree in Pharmacy from Université catholique de Louvain, completing their studies from 1986 to 1992.
