James Pray is the president of International at Penumbra. James has over 19 years of experience in the field of information technology. Before joining Penumbra, James worked as a network and systems administrator for CAD-1, Inc. from April 2005 to April 2011. James was responsible for all technology-related needs, including setting up and maintaining Active Directory users, computers, and networks; installing and maintaining multiple servers and domains; setting up and maintaining multiple desktop computers and laptops; setting up and maintaining virtualized systems and networks; setting up and maintaining computers for 4 training rooms (50+ computers); creating default images for all systems; implementing backup and restore solutions; customizing and continuing the development of corporate and internal websites; developing internal use programs; customizing and integrating a PHP-based CRM solution; testing, installing, and configuring new software; and wiring for all low-voltage needs. Prior to working at CAD-1, James worked as an information technology consultant for James Pray from January 2002 to March 2005. James also worked as a network administrator for Appliance Factory Parts from January 2002 to March 2005.
James Pray has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Technology from Westwood College - Denver North. James also has certification from ConnectWise in Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers (CCFE) and Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional.
