Michael Shorrock

Michael Shorrock has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Development at Penumbra, Inc. Prior to this, they founded their own venture, Shorrock Pacific Ventures. Michael spent over a decade at IGT, where they held various roles including Vice President of Digital Play Innovation Lab and Vice President of IGT Interactive Game Studios. Before that, they worked at Sony as Director of Third Party Relations. In addition, they founded Reverbix, Inc and served as the Vice President of International Asia at LeapFrog. Earlier in their career, they held executive positions at JP Kids, Ninth House, Sega of America, Inc., and T & E soft.

Michael Shorrock attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 1973 to 1978, where they obtained a BA in Politics with a concentration in East Asian Studies. Michael then pursued a MA in Educational Technology at San Francisco State University from 1980 to 1982.
