Jaclyn Easton

Jaclyn Easton, MSW, currently serves as HR Manager at Penzance since August 2022. Previously, Jaclyn held the position of Director of People & Culture at Eastport Analytics from May 2019 to August 2022, where all HR administration and professional development efforts were managed. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Finance & HR Manager at Voices for Progress from May 2014 to May 2019, focusing on HR needs and employee engagement. Jaclyn's early experience includes internships at the National Council for Adoption and Community Preservation and Development Corporation, along with administrative support roles at the International Association of Fire Chiefs and the DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. Jaclyn holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, both from The Catholic University of America.
