William Rinaldi

William Rinaldi currently serves as the Director of Customer Care at People2.0 since June 2021 and has held multiple roles at ADP since January 2013, including Director of Client Service for Small Business Services and Implementation Team Manager. Rinaldi began a career in client services with an internship as a Constituent Representative at the Office of US Senator Robert Menendez in 2010. Rinaldi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, completed in 2010.
