As the Founder and Analyst at People, Ai, & the Future of Work (PAFOW) since January 2014, Al has focused on the integration of data-driven insights to enhance workforce, culture, and leader transformation. Al also runs Al Adamsen Leadership, Coaching, & Transformation Services, offering career and leadership coaching rooted in compassionate practices. Previous roles include SVP of Leader & Workforce Transformation at Perceptyx, Co-Founder & Executive Director of Insight222, and various leadership positions in people analytics across organizations such as Kenexa and Gap Inc. Al holds degrees in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
