Alexa Faist

Alexa Faist has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Commercial Account Manager at People.ai. In this role, they utilize AI technology to transform business activity into account and opportunity management solutions.

Prior to People.ai, Alexa worked as an Account Executive at Coda, where they were responsible for managing both new and existing customer bases across multiple industries. Alexa developed relationships with executive level sponsors and worked in a fast-paced startup environment.

Before Coda, Alexa held roles at Smartsheet, where they served as an Account Executive for both their Mid-Market and 10,000ft divisions. Alexa helped collaboration and decision-making for various brands and project-based organizations.

Earlier in their career, Alexa worked as an Associate Account Representative at Dynatrace, managing a large account within Microsoft. Alexa also gained experience in business development and sales as an Account Manager at Apex Systems, supporting Microsoft and other enterprise clients.

Alexa's early work experience includes roles as a Bartender/Server at JOEY Restaurant Group and as a Sales Lead at ALDO Group.

Throughout their career, Alexa has demonstrated strong sales, project management, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing goals and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Alexa Faist pursued their education from 2011 to 2015 at the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User in February 2020 from Smartsheet institution.
