Min Chen

Senior Vice President, Business Operations & Finance at People.ai

Min Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2021 onwards, Min has been working as the Vice President of Finance at ClickUp. Prior to this, Min held leadership positions at People.ai, serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Finance starting in October 2020, and as the Vice President of Revenue Operations & Finance from February 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining People.ai, Min worked at AppDynamics as the Director of Sales Strategy and Management from January 2016 to September 2018. During this time, Min played a key role in scaling the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $500 million and expanding the Global Sales Ops & Analytics team.
