Joy Pollak is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at People Architects since October 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Joy's previous roles include Human Resources Consultant Lead at Progressive Insurance from November 2005 to September 2023, and prior positions at Cleveland Clinic, Pioneer Standard Electronics, Dallas Warehouse Company, Radisson Plaza Suite Hotel, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1987 and 1991, and is a graduate of Revere High School.
