Melanie Muñoz-Durrant

Melanie Muñoz-Durrant has a diverse background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience at various companies and organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Community Impact at Crate and Barrel, Melanie also runs their consulting firm, Melanie Muñoz Consulting, where Melanie provides diversity, equity, and inclusion coaching. Additionally, Melanie has held roles at The Kaleidoscope Group, People Church, and other companies focusing on diversity and inclusion efforts. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations from The University of Toledo and a Master of Arts in Psychology: Diversity Leadership from Cleveland State University.
