Anas Tahhan

Anas Tahhan is an experienced education and protection specialist currently serving as the Whole of Syria Education and Protection Specialist at People in Need since November 2021. In this role, Anas provides technical guidance and backstopping to education teams, promoting coordination and collaboration across various operational areas. Previously, Anas held several positions at International Alert, Concern Worldwide, the International Rescue Committee, and the Danish Refugee Council, focusing on program management in education and protection. Anas earned a Master's degree in Educational Management from Lebanese International University in June 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the same institution in 2013.
