Jon Grosh has a diverse background in various sectors, including international development, consulting, and education. Jon is currently serving as the Head of Operations for People in Need in Ethiopia, where they oversee finance, accounting, procurement, logistics, and security for the organization's country program. Prior to this, Jon worked as a consultant for the Millennium Challenge Corporation and provided program and operations consulting. Jon also advised the head of division on internal strategy and operations and played a role in implementing various improvements within the organization. Jon has experience in publications management as the Publications Manager for the Institute of International Education, where they directed the writing, editing, production, and dissemination of publications. Jon has also worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and as a graduate consultant for the World Bank Group. In addition, Jon has served in various roles such as Editor in Chief for the Journal of International Affairs, Membership Manager for the World Affairs Council of Oregon, Assistant for All Network Corporation, and English Language Instructor for Dover Language Centre.
Jon Grosh attended Columbia | SIPA from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in International Security Policy. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of Oregon. No information is available regarding their earlier education at SSHS.
