James Scutt

James Scutt is currently the Vice President at People Inc. and also serves as an Associate Vice President at the same company. James is the President of APSE since 2012. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia and completed a Mini MBA Program at Canisius Center for Professional Development in 2014.
