Alexandra Norby

Alexandra Norby is a dedicated mental health practitioner with a strong background in social services. Currently employed at People Incorporated Mental Health Services since January 2021, Alexandra previously served as a Designated Coordinator at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota from May 2019 to January 2021, where oversight of staff and group home management were primary responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as a Youth Development Staff member at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, an Assessment Technician at ADAPT4U, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at REACH Military Families. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Minnesota and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Work at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
