Falon Boyd M.a, Lald

Falon Boyd, M.A., LALD, possesses extensive experience in mental health services and community support roles. Currently serving as Program Manager for Assisted Living/Customized Living at People Incorporated Mental Health Services since March 2020, Falon has also been a Certified Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) Support Planner at Prouty Support Planning and Consultation since May 2019. Prior roles include CADI/DD Case Manager at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres from September 2018 to April 2020, and Senior Program Coordinator at LIFE BY DESIGN, INC. from August 2006 to September 2018. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University, and an Associate of Science in Community Social Services from South Central College.
