Jessica Hill, MSW, LICSW has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Jessica began their career as an intern at Northwest Passage in 2004 and went on to work as a Social Work Intern at Mercy in 2005. Jessica also had a role as a PCA at Student Experience from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Jessica worked as an Employment Consultant at Kaposia. In 2010, they joined Fraser as a Social Work Intern.

Jessica's career in mental health services started in 2011 when they joined People Incorporated Mental Health Services. Jessica held various roles within the organization, including Mental Health Practitioner, Program Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor/Treatment Director, Licensed Senior Program Manager, and Director Of Operations for IRTS and Crisis. Jessica is currently working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and as the Director of Operations- Community Outreach and Integrated Services at People Incorporated Mental Health Services.

Throughout their career, Jessica has gained extensive experience in program management, clinical supervision, crisis intervention, and community outreach. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Jessica Hill, MSW, LICSW, completed their education at the University of St. Thomas. From 2001 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from 2010 to 2012. In September 2015, Jessica obtained the certification of Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker from the MN Board of Social Work.
