Sue Bridges is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Family Coach at People Incorporated of Virginia since February 2022, Sue focuses on helping parents and children set growth goals concerning education, employment, housing, mental health, and finance through the Whole Family Approach. Previously, Sue held the position of Elementary School Principal at Culpeper County Public Schools from July 1992 to June 2020, where supervision of an 80-personnel instructional staff and maintaining academic accreditation were key responsibilities. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the Virginia Association of Elementary School Principals and being recognized as the 2006 Virginia National Distinguished Principal by the National Association of Elementary School Principals. Sue’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Wake Forest University.
