Lien Lernout

Lien Lernout has over 20 years of diverse work experience. They started their career as a Project Assistant at ISR in 1998 and worked there until 2003. After that, they joined Towers Watson as a Consultant from 2008 to 2011. They then moved to Hay Group and worked as a Senior Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at ORC International as a Principal Consultant from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Lien Lernout is with People Insight Ltd, where they started as a Senior Project Team Leader in 2018 and then became the Head of People Operations in January 2021.

Lien Lernout completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Politics at the University of Antwerp from 1989 to 1994.
