Emma Bridger

Emma Bridger is a seasoned professional in internal communications and employee engagement, currently serving as Co-Founder of The EX Space, a forthcoming multi-disciplinary membership-based learning community aimed at enhancing employee experience globally. With extensive experience, Emma has held key roles including Managing Director of People Lab since May 2009, and previously as Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at both E.ON and RSA. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology from The School of Psychology, University of East London, an MBA from the University of Brighton, a Master's degree in Health Psychology, and a B.Sc in Psychology, both from the University of Central Lancashire.
