Stefanie Duran currently serves as the Acting Assistant Director of Learning and Development at the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Adviser and Workforce Analyst at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from August 2021 to January 2024, as well as insights analysis and senior media officer positions at Defence Force Recruiting from June 2019 to July 2021. Stefanie Duran also has a diverse background in various capacities at News Corp Australia between July 2014 and June 2019, including Operations Analyst and Account Sales Manager. Prior to that, Stefanie held a role as Account Manager for the NSW Government at Zenith and worked at Fairfax Media as an Account Executive and Sales Support Coordinator. While expanding professional skills, Stefanie completed a Certificate in Business Analytics at Harvard Business School Online in 2020 and obtained qualifications from Canberra Institute of Technology and TAFE NSW.
