Tanya Thornton currently serves as the Assistant Director Employee Relations at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, a position held since March 2023. The Department is home to several Commonwealth entities and is responsible for the Office for Women, Office for Best Practice Regulation (OBPR), Office of G20 Sherpa and Behavioural Economics Team of Australia (BETA).
