Marte Ramborg

Marte Ramborg serves as the COO and a partner at People People People since September 2020, and also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Spoon Agency since September 2021. With extensive experience in communications and leadership, Marte has previously held roles including Byråleder at Spoon Norge, Chief of Staff at Tankesmien Agenda, and Director of Marketing and Communication at Stiftelsen Norsk Luftambulanse. Marte's background includes significant responsibilities in public relations, communication strategy, and fundraising, alongside experience as a press officer with Norges Røde Kors and Universitas. Marte holds a Master of Management in Leadership and Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
