James Terry is a Partner Success Manager at Plusgrade, where James manages and grows an expansive account portfolio across multiple global airline carriers. With experience as a Senior Services Manager at Affinity Solutions, James has overseen client services and customer relations for loyalty reward programs targeting millions of consumers. In addition, James has served as an Operations Coordinator, creating reports and monitoring client performance. James has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Maryland, a Master of Arts in Communications from Fordham University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Montclair State University.
