Michael Abrams

Michael Abrams is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at IRI Consultants since February 2023, Michael previously held the position of Talent Development Manager at Carvana from December 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Michael was the Director of Employee Relations at Universal Orlando Resort between May 2019 and November 2021. Michael's extensive career began at Publix Super Markets, where a range of roles were held from 1988 to May 2019, including Manager of Associate Relations, Manager of Human Resources Investigations, and Retail Associate Relations Specialist. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida between 1995 and 1997.
