Roy Yoon

Roy Yoon is currently the Director of Engineering Product Management at People Science since May 2021. Previously, Roy served as a Business Partner at BBSI, where management of a team servicing approximately 70 clients was a key responsibility, overseeing a $100 million book of business. Roy's extensive consulting background includes roles at RLG International as a Management Consultant, focusing on performance improvement projects, as well as a Chief Operations Officer at FBMC Benefits Management, overseeing various operational aspects. Early in their career, Roy held engineering and consulting positions at Boeing, Securaplane, and Honeywell, gaining a solid foundation in software engineering and systems development. Roy Yoon holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, an MS in Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UCLA.
