Previously, Laura held various roles at Iron Mountain from February 2006 to December 2016, including Data Centre Team Leader, where excellent organization and communication skills were essential for managing conflicting deadlines and service level agreements, and Data Centre Specialist, focusing on quality control for the Coal health claims back-scan project. Laura completed GCSE education at Cardinal Griffin High School from 1997 to 2002.
