James R Daly

James R. Daly currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at People, Technology & Processes, LLC, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Daly was the Vice President of Strategic Growth & Capture at JANUS Research Group from October 2021 to September 2025, where contributions included instituting a formal capture process and managing a significant contract in Tactical Networks. Prior experience includes roles as VP Federal Solutions at Frontier Technology Inc., Vice President for Army Client Account Management and Business Development at Amentum, and Vice President for IDIQ Programs at AECOM, among others. Daly holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University.
