Radha Krishnan R V started working as a Recruiter at The Job Studios in March 2021 but left in February 2022. In July 2020, Radha Krishnan R V joined Groupon as a CSR and held this position until March 2022. Additionally, Radha Krishnan R V played the role of Talent Scout at People10 Technologies Inc. since March 2022.

Radha Krishnan R V began their education in 2014 at SRM University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Radha Krishnan completed this program in 2018. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, they continued their studies at SRM University, earning a Master's degree in Engineering and Management.

In 2019, Radha Krishnan R V embarked on an internship program at the National Taipei University of Technology as a Master's degree intern in the field of Engineering/Industrial Management. Radha Krishnan completed this internship in 2020.

Looking ahead, Radha Krishnan R V has plans to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SRMIST, located in Kattankulathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This program, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, is expected to span from 2022 to 2024.
