Rakesh Dahiya's work experience is as follows:
- From 2011 onwards, Rakesh served as the Chief Executive Officer of People10 Technologies Inc., an IT services firm specializing in delivering Agility solutions. Rakesh was responsible for leading the company and converting new age technologies into custom solutions for clients globally.
- From 2009 to 2011, Rakesh worked at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as the Director - Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. Here, they built an offshore delivery center of 1,000 people and led various organization initiatives. Rakesh was also a member of executive boards for the Offshore Solution Centre and Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology division.
- From 2002 to 2009, Rakesh held the position of Head Offshore IT - Global Markets and Finance at Societe Generale. Rakesh played a key role in establishing and managing offshore technology operations.
- At NIIT Technologies, Rakesh worked from 1995 to 2002 as a Senior IT Professional. Rakesh performed various roles including client engagement, business analysis, business development, project management, technical architecture, and software programming. Rakesh gained experience working in different offices across India, Singapore, and Japan and delivered multimillion-dollar systems for clients in the private and government sectors.
Rakesh Dahiya has a diverse educational background. Rakesh obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Durham University between 2003 and 2005. In 2010, they participated in an Executive Leadership Program at London Business School. Additionally, in the same year, they acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrumalliance.org, focusing on Agile Software Development. Rakesh completed their Higher Secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1978 to 1991.
In terms of additional certifications, Rakesh attained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in November 2017.
