Shambhavi's work experience begins in 2012 as a Trainee at Think Computers, where they worked on various roles based on project requirements. In 2013, they joined STERIA (INDIA) LIMITED as a Software Engineer and gained experience in Mainframe technology, agile processes, and delivering client enhancements. shambhavi then moved on to Sopra Steria in 2016, working as a Module Lead and Software Engineer, where they continued to work with Mainframe technology and gained additional experience in requirement gathering, design documentation, and backlog management. In 2020, Shambhavi became a Scrum Master at FIS, where they utilized their agile expertise and managed daily and weekly updates. Currently, they are working as a Manager Agile Del at People10 Technologies Inc. from November 2021.
