Swati Saraf

Swati Saraf has a solid work experience in the technology industry. Swati is currently employed as a Senior Scrum Master at People10 Technologies Inc. starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology where they held various roles. From August 2019 to May 2022, they served as a Scrum Master/Team Lead. Before that, from October 2017 to June 2019, they worked as an Onsite Coordinator/Team Lead/Scrum Master. Swati'sfirst role at DXC Technology was as an Application Developer from July 2013 to August 2017.

Swati Saraf completed their education at Kurukshetra University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Prior to that, they attended NK Bagrodia Public School from 2006 to 2007 for their senior secondary education. Swati Saraf also holds several certifications in Scrum methodologies, including the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance. Swati obtained the CSM certification in October 2021, while the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certifications were acquired in May 2023.
