Joanne Nixon

Joanne Nixon is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer for APAC at People2.0 APAC, with extensive experience in service delivery and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Board and Service Delivery Director at RedPepper Mergers since May 2018, Joanne has played a key role in expanding the company's operations in the USA and enhancing business processes for educational initiatives such as YCDI! Education. Previous positions include Head of Customer Experience at Latrobe Health Services and various implementation manager roles at Entity Solutions and Scarab Funds, where Joanne focused on process improvements, compliance, and customer experience. Joanne holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from RMIT University.
