Currently serving as the NSW Director and Temporary/Contract Manager at people2people since 2010, Bianca has consistently led teams and managed recruitment processes, emphasizing a people-first approach to ensure quality service for both clients and candidates. Previously, Bianca held a senior recruitment consultant role at Chandler Macleod for 13 years, contributing to one of Australia's leading HR outsourcing organizations.
