Michael Yates

Michael Yates is a seasoned Senior System Analyst with extensive experience in technical business analysis and systems design. Presently employed at Peoplebank since November 2021, Michael previously held similar roles at Lumary and Services Australia, where responsibilities included leading a team of Solution Designers, conducting high-level business analysis, and developing ICT solution designs. Michael has also demonstrated expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, alongside a background in production control and quality engineering from Asurco Contracting Pty Ltd, and CNC programming at Routley and Wigzell Pty Ltd. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) was obtained from the University of South Australia, complemented by earlier roles as a basketball referee showcasing strong communication and leadership skills.
