Mike Hennessy

Mike Hennessy has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Mike is currently the Chief Research & Insights Officer at PeopleBench, where they have played a key role in developing the business and leading the Research & Insights function. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Management Consultant at Johnston & Goldsmith, where their responsibilities included designing and managing consulting engagements with various sectors. Mike also has experience working at Mercer, where they held different roles, including Senior Associate, Associate, Consultant, and Analyst. Earlier in their career, they served as a Research Officer at Queensland University of Technology.

Mike Hennessy attended The University of Queensland from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science (Hons). Mike later pursued a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology at The University of Queensland from 2008 to 2009.
