Rebecca McGlashan

Global Customer Success Lead / Chief Consultant at PeopleBench.

Rebecca McGlashan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rebecca currently holds the position of Global Customer Success Lead / Chief Consultant at PeopleBench, where they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Chief Consultant at the same company from October 2021 to December 2022. Before joining PeopleBench, Rebecca served as a Principal Consultant at the company from May 2020 to October 2021.

Rebecca also worked as a Leadership Coach at QUT l QUT EX (Queensland University of Technology) from April 2017 onwards. Rebecca gained experience in organizational design, development, team effectiveness, and coaching during their time at Semper Group, where they started in March 2013.

Rebecca has contributed to the University of Queensland as a Program Facilitator in the UQ Business School Executive Education department from March 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Casual Academic - Management at The University of Queensland from February 2019 to November 2019, where they facilitated students' learning in the Career Transitions course.

In 2015, Rebecca held the position of A/Manager, Organizational Development at Hastings Deering from November 2016 to June 2017, after working as an Organizational Development Specialist from March 2015 to November 2016. Rebecca has also served as a Guest Lecturer at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2005 to 2017.

Rebecca has gained extensive experience in the field of consulting during their time at Mercer, where they worked as a Principal from August 2000 to March 2013. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Consultant at KPMG, where they provided advice and solutions in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, and remuneration management. Rebecca was also responsible for coordinating internal talent projects and managing graduate and vacation employment programs.

Rebecca McGlashan began their education journey in 1994 when they participated in the AFS Exchange Program for one year at Alte Kantonsschule Aarau. Rebecca later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1995 to 1997. In 2001, they continued their studies at QUT and obtained a Masters degree in Business with a focus on HRM, which they completed in 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Organisational Coach (Level One) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2013.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has also acquired several additional certifications. Rebecca completed the Foundations in Design Thinking course at IDEO U in December 2018. In March 2016, they obtained a certification in Ignite Coaching from The Forton Group Ltd. In August 2015, they earned The Leadership Circle certification from The Leadership Circle institution. Furthermore, in 2013, they obtained a certification in Certified Organisational Coach from IECL. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Test Administration from SHL in 1999. Information on their Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certification is not provided.
