Kristi Searle, FCPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC, is an experienced professional and the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Peoplebiz Consulting Inc., established in November 2002, which focuses on optimizing human assets to enhance business success for medium, large, and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Kristi serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Eagle Bay Financial Services Ltd. since January 2022 and held the position of Interim Chief Administrative Officer at Tsleil Waututh Nation from March to May 2019.
